However it isn’t a connection issue its a system issue, I still dont get connection interruptions i just get system halts. I have to shut this down in the background when I’m doing anything processor intensive. It often times causes all sorts of issues especially when I am streaming games. The Phone Link app in windows uses machine virtualization to run. In matter of fact, people can join games already created on Lobby without issue, but when a new atempt of creating a game is made, most of the times results in fail, and even if succeed, the game is created with very high ping. Now there is one thing that does affect me that isnt specific to Diablo II. So I am curious if blizzard has compared Solo games, to group games to offline games. Blizzard really needs to pinpoint the similar configurations the vram leak is happening to. After the prelaunch server issues were fixed I haven’t had any issues like the ones you guys are describing. There has to be some sort of commonality between the machines this is happening to and those that aren’t affected. Just allocate a ton of VRAM and D2R seems to be happy? Essentially D2R has a REALLY bad memory leak, and causes most PCs or laptops to think they have to dedicate 200% resources. So this issue can be fixed with the VRAM adjustment, which you can find if you google it.
